I see you walk by

and you don’t care.

I try to say hi

and you don’t care.

I am keeping my head up high

you still don’t care.

I am just like you.

Don’t you see?

I want to be something too.

You can’t see.

You’re too busy to see.

Too busy to see that I need help.

I carry on through my day

trying to make it.

I would do anything for a little pay.

Trying to make it.

But at night I’ll lay down under that bride and I’ll pray.

Pray for the people who don’t care

For the ones who can’t see that there are so many people out there

Just like me.
