Someday

by an intern with the West Ohio Conference
June 2009

How does one know what is true?
How do I know what I should do?
So much pain, and trouble, and strife
When will we realize, it’s not just a number
It’s actually a life.
Questions are bountiful, solutions are hard
But no matter what,
Immigrants are not just objects to discard.
Guide us, Oh Lord, and show us the way
That we’ll all treat each other like
Brothers and sisters, somehow, someday.
