They are bright
They are caring
They have a good heart
They want to change it
But they have years ahead
People to lead, not to feed
But when the power comes
Will they have d conviction
Or the same direction
Will they keep d status quo
Or change it all as a whole
Now they hear the cries
Now they feel the pain
But when the power comes
Will they see what belies
Or seek only selfish gain
We just may never know
But surely they will always grow.
